Made an order for shower favors about $130 in 2nd week of february for an event in 2nd week of march. Paid extra for rush shipping. Got the package a week after event. Sent it back with return label and never received a refund. They kept my money, never respond to emails and phone number doesn't work when u try to call. Terrible customer service and a bunch of thieves!

I ordered favors for my 10/17/15 wedding well in advance. My credit card was charged and then I receive an email weeks later from a lady named Jan saying that the item was no longer available. I asked for a refund and was told she would send me a check. It is now over a month and still no refund! I just sent out an email explaining to this Jan person how unprofessional she is and that I would appreciate a response and most importantly my refund! Instead I receive an email failure notice! My email was successful following up on my refund back on 11/1 but now a few weeks later it won't go through! Stay away from this company! Complete rip off!!!!

Ordered $122 worth of wedding favors from http://www.warmimpressions.com for my daughter's wedding in June. After company received credit card payment, they sent me an email saying there had been a family tragedy so they have been slow to respond. They told me the item had been on back order but was now ready to ship. When I looked them up online at the Better Business Bureau, much to my dismay I found out they are not accredited by the BBB and that there had been many other complaints about them. The other complaints were all similar to mine: Payment made, email sent about a family tragedy, order never shipped and all attempts by customers to contact them to either get a refund or get their order are ignored. I emailed and called them several times to cancel my order and issue me a refund. They never answered the phone. Voice mail messages were not returned. Emails were ignored. The items were never shipped to me, nor did I ever receive a refund. Don't be enticed by their low prices or the positive reviews you read because they're not genuine. Please save yourself some grief and do not order from this company!! Note: Following this horrible experience, I found a reputable company in California that had the favors I wanted. They have an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. I called them on the phone to discuss my order BEFORE I placed it, and was able to speak to a real person about it. I placed the order and it arrived 6 days later. THIS is how it's supposed to work.

I am still waiting for my order. I feel so ashamed to have been taken by this scam.

They got 300.oo from me.

I was planning a wedding and can not believe I feel for this scam... same experience.

All 450 items I purchased were delivered quickly and the price could not be beat! What I am pissed about is that I didn't buy more! Extremely Pissed! Well It is a lesson learned. My husband wasn't helping much with picking things out or even being a part of decisions for colors and styles of anything for the wedding. I found that with everything I got from Warm Impressions he actually got involved with the process and said it was because the website was easy to understand and navigate. I Couldn't be happier for the fact that he got involved finally, pissed because it took this to get him involved.

Great experience with this company. After I placed the order I received an email confirmation of the order and payment they received. In the next day or two I received another email letting me know that the order had been shipped and when I could expect it. Product arrived very quickly and packaged well. The cake servers were wonderful and very appealing for the wedding theme with great quality for the price. They are going to work perfect for my wedding. During this time things can be very stressful and I am thankful to Warm Impressions for taking away just a little of the headache. Thanks.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

I placed an order totaling 121.26,which was taken from my account right away, got a confirmation and an order #. About a week later they send an e-mail that they lost 4 family members in a terrible accident. Ok, i can understand a grieving time, but i have called 4 times, only to get a machine and wrote numerous e-mails and no response. I ordered for my daughters wedding shower, supposed to be a happy time right????? They totally ruined this for me. I am reporting them and demanding a full refund be put back on my card. Do yourself a favor and don't even think about ordering from them. Very frustrated
